When the SNP Government released information last week on the amount they were spending on booze at official functions, there was one omission on the records. The sums spent on drink at a dinner held for First Minister Alex Salmond's Council of Economic Advisers in September 2007 is unrecorded as there was "no accurate invoice". Must have been a good night."
