Caledonia dreaming.

Fresh from disclosures that "disgraced" Labour peer Lord Watson of Invergowrie has joined Caledonia Consulting as an Associate Director, Mr Smith notes that Caledonia's new line up also now includes former Conservative MSP, David Davidson, who lost his seat at the last Scottish Parliament Elections.

Now Mr Smith has a lot of time for Mr Davidson, but even David would point out that he himself has had previous run ins with the Scottish press and media over the last couple of years, most notably around the circumstances which lead him to suffer a broken leg and how this related to his conduct with other then Members of the Scottish Parliament.

It would appear to Mr Smith that Caledonia is perhaps trying too hard to build up one of the public affairs services it can offer clients, namely "crisis support." Perhaps they need a little less experience of "crisis"?
