So, Chancellor of the Exchequer, Alstair Darling MP, has moved his pet cat, Sybil, into Number 11 Downing Street, in an apparent attempt to keep him company.
Mr Smith wonders if the Chancellor is making a point about there being yet another Scot in Downing Street. But why name the poor moggy Sybil, and pity the poor owner who may have to summon the cat if it doesn't show up when planned.
In a Fawlty Towers style ... "Sybil ... Sybil!"
